2. Ordering

• Orders can be placed through our website for delivery or collection.
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
• You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change without notice; however, changes will not affect orders already placed.
• Delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
• Payment can be made by cash on delivery/collection or card via Stripe.
• Full payment is required before or upon delivery/collection.

4. Delivery

• We deliver to selected postcodes within Northampton and surrounding areas.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand.
• A minimum order value may apply for delivery orders.
• You must be available to receive your order at the specified delivery address.
• If you are not available, we may leave the order in a safe place or return it to the restaurant.
• We are not responsible for orders left unattended at your request.

5. Collection

• Collection orders can be picked up from our restaurant at 45 Kingsthorpe Road, Northampton, NN2 6EZ.
• You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
• Please collect your order within 30 minutes of the ready time.
• Uncollected orders may be disposed of and no refund will be given.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible if food preparation has begun.
• If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately on 01604 471 111.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• No refunds will be given for orders that were correctly prepared but not to your taste preference.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

7. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

• If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.
• Whilst we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
• You may add allergy notes to your order during checkout.
• We are not liable for adverse reactions if you did not inform us of your allergies.

8. Voucher Codes and Promotions

• Voucher codes are subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Only one voucher code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
